They stayed open while the rest of the state shut down from the whopping one inch of crippling snow from the super-storm of the century that left two cars stranded in the ditch. Fajitas were good, drinks were good. Stick with beer and wine, the fancy mixed drinks tasted weak to me.

i have been a big chili's fan for years and usually go to the one in belle isle. however, this one time decided to meet a friend at the chili's on south meridan a couple of weeks ago or so. the food was ok, but the waitress and service was absolutely horrible. half the time we couldn't find our waitress and it was just frustrating because she was never around. mgmt definitely needs to fix this problem. the absolute slowest service i ever received. we were considering ordering more food after appetizer and decided to leave due to the poor service.

Standard Chili's...Decent food...If you're staying out by the airport in OKC, there is not a lot of non-chain choices. I do highly recommend Trapper's Fish Camp!

Service was friendly, but extremely slow. We had to ask for refills every time. Had to ask multiple times for condiments, boxes, etc. Tortillas were stale and crusty for the fajitas. Very disappointed with this Chilis. We won't be coming back.

Had a Combo - Ribs & Grilled Salmon. The salmon was very nicely seasoned and still juicy (not overcooked). The ribs were very tender, ready to fall off the bone. I would definitely recommend this to anyone!

Another disappointing visit to Chili's. I went for lunch with a couple of co-workers and one of them ordered a burger which came back charred and the bun was burned. They also gave him about 5 french fries. I had a salad that was so so. Overall was a -1

Went here late at night after picking my mom from the airport. For one thing, it was the only real place open, which is a huge plus. They reinvented their entire menu. I ordered some healthy steak avocado thing for 410 calories. It was damn good for that amount of calories. The new menu makes you feel like you're at a new Chili's.

Came in 9:00 pm in Sunday night. There was not so much people in that time. Would like to have a dinner and two glasses of beer. The waitress who was unpleasant from the beginning asked us ID. I'm and my husband are foreign tourists. We had with us only driving license. It's with my pic, in English- the card including full name and birthday date. She asked to show our passports. I never take my paper passport when I'm going out! And all another time it was enough to show my drive license to come in any place. By the way - I'm 36 yo

Chain restaurant, so obviously this isn't top quality food. But it has been decent in all my experiences. I have never had slow service, but then I also tend to go during the slower times so service is more prompt. The servers have also always been great with my two young children, which goes a long way in my book. My most recent meal was the fajitas. There was a variety of toppings, but not much of any of them. The corn tortillas were likely heated up dry in a microwave, so they were stiff and kind of crumbly (tip: lightly brush both sides of a corn tortilla with oil, pop in an oven at 350 for a few minutes). But everything still tasted ok. The watermelon margarita, while very tasty, was on the weak side. Still, I'm a sucker for watermelon anything and I wouldn't hesitate to order it again.

I'm editing my review because the manager came out to apologize about the broccoli. He even offered to give us free dessert. Thank you, Chili's for your now excellent service. I had a steak with steamed broccoli and black beans. The steak and beans were good but the broccoli was under cooked. Overall, service was nice and food tasted good.

Kitchen closed?? Nice clean establishment as other Chili's but goodness service is way slow. SMH. been to several other Chili's establishments and by far this is the worse experience ever had. Took 20 min to get out soups out and when came out it was cold. Had to ask for refills. Notice other customers leaving and then after 1hr of waiting we too left with partially empty seating throughout establishment MANAGEMENT take notice. Service here doesn't rate 1 star Drive to a different Chili's.

Service tonight was really slow, pepper shaker was covered in what appeared to be leftover gravy. Staff was friendly and tried to accommodate but overall it was just a sub par experience.

It was what you would expect from a typical chain restaurant. The food was fine, service was fine, building was fine...it was fine. I had a healthy lunch, which is the main reason I chose here. I knew I could get the grilled chicken breast, with black beans, and substituted broccoli for rice. The breast was nice and juicy, and the black beans had a good flavor. And for likely precooked end broccoli, it was not too bad. It will continue to be a place I eat when I travel, and want something healthy, that is an consistent from location to location.

Be very worried any time service starts with.... "Sorry I am slow, I have like 40 people, how am I supposed to do that......." I wish I had read the reviews from Yelp but I thought... "Hey, its Chilis...." The waitress was less than friendly and boy was she slow. Drinks ran empty till it was time to pay then all of a sudden she had time for refills. Her attitude was the worst part though. I can deal with busy places, and less than stellar timing, but friendliness is up to the server, not the managers......

Good chain food. Havent been to a Chilis in years. The Menu had a little bit of everything. Good for a chain restaurant. Potato skins were a little undercooked and portion was embaressing for $8. Had baby back ribs with a dry rub. They looked, I say again.. looked.. gross. BUT I was pleasently surprised by the rub on them. Very tasty for chain food. Not worth $12 but it worked for tonight. Salad was good. Fresh lettuce and no stray mushy pieces. Ordered a Coronarita. Tasted the beer in the margarita more so than any tequila. If there even was any? Not worth $9 Service was excellent. Will probably come again on a night I cant decide and need something close. +1 Excellent Server in bar area +1 Extensive menu selection +1 Good chain food -1 Watered down Margarita -1 Pricey for chain restaurant

Will never never go to this chilis again. 2nd time this happened. Say in bar area, not at bar, 10 minutes no acknowledgement from ANY staff at all. Happend a month ago took 16 minutes last time.

It's chilis so you'll have a chance of 50/50 to be satisfied. Isn't it like that everywhere? I ordered the chicken crispers and it was good. But our waitress was slow and no where in sight. I wanted ranch dip but never got it. And she was slow on the refills. The host that sat us seemed mute. No welcoming or good bye.
